Removed package requests

The following requests have been removed from the to the RPM Fusion package wishlist as the request didn't include any (good) reasons why the package cannot go in Fedora. The requests like should get moved to the Fedora Wishlist or dropped completely.

  Request: Source-Navigator
  Summary:  source navigator NG is a source code analysis tool. with it, you can edit your source code, display relationships between classes and functions and members, and display call trees.

  Why not in Fedora: probabilly because the project is not active for a long time. But in 2008, this project become active, And new version had been released.

  Request: SpcaGui
  Summary: A nice VideoGrabber vor Spca5xx-devices.

  Why not in Fedora: It's a nice, small Gui for the Spca5xx-driver which is already in livna.

  Request: spcaview & Spcaserv & Spcacat
  Summary: A set of tools for the spca5xx module

  Why not in Fedora: The driver (spca) is already included (in livna) but for good use, this tools are required.

  Request: scilab
  Summary:  The open source platform for numerical computation. Just like commercial software matlab.

  Request: libtorrent 0.13
