Removed package requests

The following requests have been removed from the to the RPM Fusion package wishlist as the request didn't include any (good) reasons why the package cannot go in Fedora. The requests like should get moved to the Fedora Wishlist or dropped completely.

  Request: Meep
  Summary: Meep (or MEEP) is a free finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation software package developed
