UPDATE :
Impacted server is located at OVH (one of our hosting provider).
It seems like OVH decided that the "Kimsufi" servers no longer had any right to open support incidents, and that everything had to go through a public web forum.
As a result, Matthias opened a topic in order to get help there: http://foros.ovh.es/showthread.php?13010-Fallo-de-MAC-virtual-%28120698%29
